Refund Policy

At PVBB Detroit, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because each item is produced with care and often made to order, we do not accept returns.

We do, however, offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. If you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within this window. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start an exchange, email us at pvbbdetroit@gmail.com with your order number and details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Exchanges requested after the 14-day window, or items returned that show signs of wear, will not be accepted. Digital items purchased are not returnable.
